DO YOU ACCEPT CASH AT PICKUP?
Regrettably, we no longer accept cash as a method of payment due to the increased number of orders not being picked up in a timely manner or just not at all. Sorry for this inconvenience but we spend time getting orders prepared and ready to go and even follow up with emails and still some orders are not picked up.
Orders will NOT be processed until full payment has been received.
IS LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE?
Yes, if you live in London, Ontario or surrounding area and would like to pick up your order then please select that option at the checkout and once your order is complete you will receive an email from email@example.com with instructions on how to arrange pick up.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING & WHEN WILL BE ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are generally processed within 5 days (Mon-Fri) and then mailed out on Friday mornings, in order to have your order shipped on Friday please ensure that we have received it by Wednesday so we (hopefully) have enough time to prepare your order. If there is going to be a delay you will be notified via email.
*Please allow extra processing time during the holiday session and please keep in mind that we create everything by hand in small batches.*
Shipping is calculated by Canada Post and you have the option to choose the type of shipping you would like with real-time rates.
If you choose Lettermail we cannot guarantee a delivery time nor can we be held responsible for lost or damaged package.

HOW DOES THE FREE GIFT(S) WORK?
We love free (who doesn’t?!?) so just as a little thank you for being so awesome we wanted to reward you! Every time you spend a certain amount you are eligible for a free gift. Keep in mind that there are multiple free gifts (the amount needed to spend shows on your screen) and as you spend more you are entitled to them all…it’s just our little way of saying thank you!!

Most of our products are made fresh and in small batches so many times we will not have something you want in stock and it will need to be back ordered but back orders do not take extra processing time as we have taken this into account with our current processing time.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
During the checkout process you can choose from any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We now accept credit card payments via Square Reader. If you are picking up your order and paying via credit card please have your credit card with you. If your order is being shipped you will receive an email with our phone number to call in your credit card number. Please note that we will not ship your order until payment is received.

HOW LONG ARE ORDERS HELD FOR?
Orders can only be held for so long as they take up space and are hard to keep track of if they are sitting on a shelf. We will hold unpaid orders for 14 business days and paid orders for 28 business days unless other arrangements have been made. We have a family but try very hard to work with your schedule so if you cannot pick up your order please notify us immediately.
MY COUPON CODE ISN’T WORKING!
There are a few of our products that the coupon codes will not work for such as gift certificates, or for Soap with a Purpose as the proceeds are being donated and from time to time when we donate a portion or all of the sale(s) from our products we do not offer a discount on those products. Please note that once in a while we also donate the proceeds of certain products and those items will not be eligible for a discount as well.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE USE?
Our ingredients are 100% vegan.
All the ingredients used in our products are located in the product description on our website and there is a ingredient label on every product (unless it a sample). Fragrance oils are not natural but they are phthalate and paraben free and are specifically made for cosmetic use. Flavour oils are food-grade.
All our products are gluten-free.
Please not that our nail polish is not 100% natural (but is it 100% vegan+cruelty free) and does contain chemicals, we have yet to find one that is all natural as we do not create the base but our nail polish does not contain toluene, dibutyl phthalate or formaldehyde!
If you have nut allergies please be aware that many of our products contain nut ingredients and our studio is not nut-free!
WHERE ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS PURCHASED?
We currently only purchase our supplies, packaging and ingredients from other Canadian companies and we purchase certified organic ingredients when available.
ARE ESSENTIAL OILS SAFE?
Many of our products contain essential oils. Essential oils are natural but can be powerful and some are not recommended for use by pregnant or nursing women, babies or small children. We try to use essential oils that are safe for everyone but we urge you to do your own research and use your own judgement. The information about the use of essential oils contained in this site are meant to be as accurate as possible, but not intended to be substituted for professional medical advice. Please consult your healthcare provider for information specific to individual needs. It is recommend that you always follow the advice and recommendations of your health care provider.
